Recorder Class    (7-9 years old) Tuesdays or Thursdays from 11:45-12:30pm The recorder is a pre-band instrument. The student blows into the whistle-type mouthpiece and covers or uncovers the holes on top the instrument to produce the different notes. Basic music concepts will be taught. Lessons are $100.00 per month for a 30-minute private lesson four times per month. Payment is due before or at the first lesson of each month. If payment is received after the fifth of the month, a late fee of $10.00 will be assessed. There will be a $20.00 fee for all returned checks. Beginner Guitar Class 9-11 years old Mondays or Wednesdays from 10:00-10:45am 12-14 years old Mondays or Wednesdays from 11:15-12:00pm Minors (3-4 years old with an adult) Children sing, play rhythm instruments and move to the music during structured while improving their ability to concentrate and follow teacher’s instructions. Tuesdays or Thursdays from 9:30-10:15am Majors (5-7 years old) Interactive music activities teach listening skills, spatial concepts and cooperation. Rhythm instruments such as wrist bells, rhythm stick, tambourines, etc. along with fun lively songs will keep children learning, growing and developing social skills.
